Renewing your Apple Health coverage is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. You should receive a letter from the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA) a few months before your Apple Health (Medicaid) anniversary, explaining how to verify your Apple Health eligibility. 
2. If you are eligible for Apple Health, you can continue your coverage or choose another plan. If you are no longer eligible for Apple Health, you can explore our Marketplace and Medicare options. 
3. If you don’t receive your letter or are unsure of your renewal date, call 1-844-791-2144, Monday-Thursday 10 am - 5:30 pm or Friday 9:30 am - 1 pm or contact HCA at 1-800-562-3022.

If you don't verify your Apple Health eligibility on time, you will lose your Apple Health benefits.
