Telehealth (also called telemedicine) is the use of computers and mobile devices to access health care services remotely.
Get medical care, behavioral health support, or a prescription by phone or video. Use Telehealth when you need it, or make an appointment for a time that works with your schedule.
Your doctor may offer telehealth services. Check with your healthcare provider to see if they offer telehealth services or call us directly to help you find telehealth services. Telehealth services offered by the Coordinated Care network of providers are available at no cost.

MD Live offers reliable 24/7 health care by phone or video for hundreds of medical and mental health needs. Connect with in-network doctors or licensed therapists for urgent care, mental health or dermatology care.

Teladoc
Teladoc is a convenient way for Coordinated Care members to access telehealth services. With Teladoc, you receive 24-hour access to in-network Coordinated Care healthcare providers for non-emergency health issues. It's available for members to use from home or the office in the State of Washington.

* Teladoc behavioral health services are only available to Coordinated Care members 18 years and older at this time. Behavioral Health Services Only (BHSO) members are only covered for behavioral health telehealth services from Teladoc or any Coordinated Care provider.

Boulder
Boulder Care is a telehealth addiction treatment clinic available for Coordinated Care members seeking treatment for opioid use disorder and alcohol use disorder. Through video visits, messaging, and 24/7 phone support, you can access private and secure treatment from your home as you partner with a dedicated team: an expert Clinician who may prescribe FDA-approved medications for addiction and address other medical needs, a certified Peer Specialist with empathy from lived experience, and Care Advocates and Case Managers who make care navigation, including scheduling, lab, and pharmacy needs worry-free.

Pacify
A Pacify membership provides on-demand, video-enabled access to a nationwide network of lactation consultants and birth doulas, available 24/7. As a Coordinated Care member, you have access to Pacify at no cost. You can get the help you need during pregnancy and beyond – all at the touch of a button.
