Start Smart for Your Baby® (Start Smart)

Having a baby? Start Smart is a program dedicated to helping women and families have a safe, happy, and healthy pregnancy. Below are some of the benefits of the Start Smart program:

  • Receive helpful advice and reminders with Text4Baby on your phone.
  • Receive a no-cost car seat after you fill out a Notice of Pregnancy (NOP) form (must be completed six weeks before your due date).
  • Receive breastfeeding support and a free breast pump.
  • A case manager who will help guide you.

Are you pregnant? We’re here to help. Call Coordinated Care at 1-877-644-4613 (TDD/TTY 1-866-862-9380) or login online to your Coordinated Care account to fill out a Notification of Pregnancy (NOP) form.
